Dr. Brett Baker is a board certified urologist with Urology Austin. He is a graduate of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School, where he earned the honor of membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his Urology residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and during that time Dr. Baker spent an extensive amount of time training at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Baker has special interests in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate and kidney cancer, laparoscopy and minimally-invasive surgery for the treatment of BPH and other urologic conditions, no-scalpel vasectomy, and kidney stone treatment (lithotripsy). Dr. Baker is fluent in Spanish and enjoys utilizing this in his practice. Dr. Baker is a native of Austin and lives here with his wife and two children.
