AUSTIN, TEXAS –(May 5, 2016) Urology Austin, Central Texas’ largest urology practice, has expanded its Round Rock office located at 16040 Park Valley Drive, Building A, Suite 111 to accommodate its continuing growth. They have nearly doubled their exam and procedure rooms and continue to offer ancillary services including urodynamics (diagnostic study of bladder pressure for incontinence), CT imaging and various laboratory services. Six physicians and two nurse practitioners will practice full time at the Round Rock location, which will allow for same day appointments, in most cases.
“We’re excited to serve our patients in an even larger capacity at our Round Rock location,” explained Dr. David Cuellar, a urologist with Urology Austin. “Williamson County continues to be one of the fastest growing counties in the nation and keeping up with our patients’ urological needs is our top priority.”
Urology Austin’s team is made up of 21 providers including urologists, clinical nurse specialists, a fellowship-trained pathologist, and a radiation oncologist. The practice focuses on treatments and cures for all areas of general urology including male and female urology, urologic oncology, radiation therapy. They specialize in treatment surrounding elevated PSA levels (prostate-specific antigen), hematuria (blood in the urine), kidney stones, vasectomies and vasectomy reversals.
The space in Round Rock was also made to accommodate many of the physicians and staff that relocated from their office located behind North Austin Medical Center. That location closed effective May 5, 2016.
