This month, our top employee excellence recognition goes to the entire Cedar Park clinic, including all staff members, and Divya, Drew, Wendy, Erica, Kristen, Daniella and Alisa! We also want to recognize Roxanne Kulman for going above and beyond to support her teammates and our patients.
On February 16, the Cedar Park UA clinic had a bit of a fright! Two women came into the clinic, asking where the imaging department was. Well, one woman collapsed, and the UA staff quickly reacted to help them. Her daughter stopped by later that day to express her appreciation for the help and to tell us that her mother had broken her orbital bone.
On March 13, the daughter brought the UA CP staff a beautiful floral arrangement with a heartfelt card that read:
To the Cedar Park Urology Staff: You are all truly appreciated and we thank you all for your quick thinking and professional knowledge and assistance you gave my mom, who fell and fractured her left orbital bone when she fell at your window on 02-16-23. Your PA and all of your front staff came immediately to help her and get her to the ER. Know you all are appreciated! Thanks for all you do every day! Especially your willingness to help my mom in distress and calm me down in the process! Thanks again, Peace and Blessings, Patient and Family

I received a call from a patient. He stated he had been trying to get into the portal for the past three days with no success. He called in and accidentally ended up in contact with Roxanne in triage. She walked him through how to get into the portal, and within 5 minutes he was finally able to get in. He is very thankful for her, as he states there are not many people that will sit there and walk through things with someone as she did. Thank you.

I did not expect the staff to keep all the appointments they have on a daily basis to be kept so timely. I hope no one ever has to go thru radiation therapy, but if you do, this is without a doubt the best place to be.
