Urology America proudly hosted our first-ever Urology America Summit, February 3 through 5, at the Hotel Van Zandt in Austin. The event was a resounding success, focusing on discussion and review of implementation of new and best practices in urological oncology and general urology that will improve patient care.
Our first summit had a fantastic turnout, with 80 Urology Austin team members in attendance, as well as about 25 industry participants. The invitation-only event included our physicians as well as advanced practice providers, navigators, pharmacists, revenue cycle professionals and UA leadership. All attendees had many opportunities to network; meet and greet; collaborate; and share best practices, resources and ideas with our partners in Austin, Denver and Louisiana.
By bringing our clinicians together under one roof to advance the state of the art in urology, we empower our teams to raise the standard of care for every patient we serve. We look forward to hosting this special weekend of learning and sharing as an annual event in future years.
