Let me start by saying, having to see a Urologist was NOT on my list of things to do, but when you end up in the ER for a kidney stone you don’t really have a choice. I was referred to Dr. Desireddi from the ER in Cedar Park. The office was easy to find and there is ample parking. Considering how busy the office and waiting room was, the place was very well run and the flow of patients was very smooth. The waiting area is spacious and clean with plenty of seating. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. The nurse who took me in was also great. I didn’t have to wait long at all for the Dr. He was very informative and understanding and explained all of my options. He answered all of my questions and help calm some of my fears. I then had to deal with all of the unfortunate insurance issues, like getting more testing and prior authorizations, but Jessica has been amazing, getting it all taken care or and staying in contact with me throughout the entire ( frustrating ) process. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Desireddi if you find you are in need of a Urologist. – Bonnie T. on Yelp! 7/13/16
