Michelle Valentin-Rivera, Clinical Research Coordinator

Michelle Valentin-Rivera is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Urology Austin. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in 2006 at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. She then completed the medical program at UNIBE in the Dominican Republic in 2011, followed by a one-year internship in 2012. She arrived in Texas in 2015 and began working at Urology Austin in 2019 as a medical assistant. She joined the research department in May 2023. Michelle is bilingual – she’s fluent in Spanish – and has always been fascinated with research. As a curious thinker, she relishes the idea of being on the cutting edge of new information and technology. Her future plans are to become a board-certified physician.
